The weekend is over. It goes by so fast but Monday brings upon us the start of the week with new goals to keep me focused and a weekend ahead to fill with anticipation . My goals for this week are:
Go to the gym- twice (I am just starting back so it’s babysteps for me;))
Give/grade more assessments- report card time quickly approaching-ugh! stress!!
Continue my healthy eating habits- my commitment for lent
Wish a dear friend a happy birthday
Reach out to a family member who is going through a difficult time
Find three things to be thankful for each day
Bring on Monday!

Sounds like a well planned week ahead! I like your three things to be thankful for. It seems like you have a mix of work and not ahead- I hope you reach your goals.
